  • Gift cards – eateries, restaurants, movie theaters, etc.
  • Beauty products – body butter, body oils, silk head scarfs, etc.
  • Herbal teas
  • Essential Oils
  • T-Shirts, Hoodies, etc.
  • Books, Mugs, Journals, etc.
  • Membership box items – no refunds & no exchanges (Membership Boxes).

 Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and exchanged. Certain items & goods such as food, books, mugs, herbal teas, etc. cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammables.

Process for EXCHANGES ONLY – email

  • Require copy of receipt or proof purchase (past 7 days of purchase no exchange)
  • Require picture of the item(s) for exchange
  • Require clear reason(s) for exchange
  • Review your email to acknowledge your exchange is only for the exact item
  • Send instructions 1,2,3 in 1 email to:  globalinclusivewellness@gmail.com
  • We will send you a confirmation email notifying – you we have received your email & include instructions to return item.
  • Once your exchanged item(s) is received and inspected we will send you the exact item -with exceptions – e.g. sold out, out of stock, supply chain disturbances, etc…
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are exchanging more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
